Police: Garza Autopsy Results Won't be Released

Officials have finished an autopsy of Nick Garza, but the family still wants a second opinion.

Garza disappeared after a dorm party at Middlebury College in February. The freshman from New Mexico was found dead in Otter Creek in late May.

Police say there is no evidence of foul play. They believe the 19-year-old college student was drunk when he fell into the icy water and drowned.

But Garza's family has asked a high-profile medical examiner to take a second look at the body. Officials will withhold their results until that review is finished.
