A message to say RIP Jessica. I have just read details of the case and I'm so very saddened for your family and also sickened to the core I have to say. There is a candle page under jessi if anyone is interested.

Jessica Ridgeway Death: Boy, 17, Arrested
The teenager, Austin Reed Sigg, will also be charged in a previous attack against a jogger, police say.
A teenage boy has been arrested over the abduction and killing of a 10-year-old girl in suburban Denver.
Police in Westminster, Colorado, detained 17-year-old Austin Reed Sigg in connection with the murder of Jessica Ridgeway after getting a tip that led them to a home on Tuesday night near the park where her body was found.
Jessica disappeared on October 5 and her partially dismembered body was found days later in a field at a park about 10 miles away.
Sigg is a student at Arapahoe Community College.
Police records show he was co-operative when taken into custody.
According to police, he will also be charged in the attempted kidnapping of a young woman earlier this year.
Police say a 22-year-old woman reported in May she was attacked while jogging near a lake close to Jessica's school, and that the two crimes appeared to be connected.
The woman said an attacker grabbed her from behind and put a rag with a chemical odour over her mouth before she escaped.
Reached by phone on Wednesday, Sigg's mother told The Associated Press he had turned himself in.
She declined to comment further.

Police strategy may have spurred mom of suspect Austin Sigg to call
Westminster police used every investigative tool to find a suspect in the Oct. 5 abduction and slaying of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway - watching video surveillance, combing through hundreds of license-plate numbers, following thousands of tips and collecting hundreds of DNA samples.
The investigation prompted one of th largest criminal searches in Colorado history, with more than 1,000 law enforcers from 40 agencies deploying everything from high-tech forensic science to neighborhood canvassing.
Yet it was a phone call from Mindy Sigg that led police to arrest her 17-year-old son, Austin. That call came a day after authorities announced a definitive link between Jessica's death and the May 28 attempted abduction of a jogger - information police had known for more than a week, a source close to the investigation told The Denver Post.
Authorities, citing a judge's gag order, will not discuss the case with the media, and they have not disclosed what exactly led the mother to call Westminster police about her son.
Veteran investigators say police often release information strategically to flush out killers.

Why Did Austin Sigg's Mom Turn Him In?
Seventeen-year-old Austin Sigg confessed to kidnapping, murdering and dismembering 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway. However, he may not have ever confessed had his own mother not called the police on him. Mindy Sigg has been known to make only one statement to the media, but it's ambiguous and vague to say the least. The question that should be on everyone's mind should be what led Mindy Sigg to turning in her own teenage son for the murder of the Westminster, Colorado girl.
Officials won't reveal what led the teen's mother to turning him in, nor can the media seem to get back in touch with the woman. Her only known statement is very short, choppy and to the point:
There is plenty of speculation surrounding what may have led Mindy to turning in her son, but there are no known facts. However, general speculation seems to aim in the direction of the wooden cross found in the investigation behind Jessica's murder. Could Mindy have recognized the cross as her sons or did something else push her to turn him in?
Austin Sigg not only confessed to law enforcement, but admitted to them that the missing parts of Jessica Ridgeway's body were located under their home in the crawlspace. Could the mother had discovered this grim fact, leading her to turning him in?
