Wow Pam you have been busy! I just found this thread and here in the U.S. this case is dominating the media. Whenever I can I try to keep up with this case but unfortunately I fear the worst for this lovely child. The way the mother has acted by not alerting the police to her "kidnapping" and the fact that the mother has been partying before she was picked up by the police and acting like nothing is wrong is crazy. I really feel so bad for this family and I keep little Caylee in my prayers at night. Right now I know the police are building up a case and they've filed charges against her now. Secondary charges to keep her in jail.

I wonder why she keeps alluding that if she talks Caylee would be in danger. That gets my conspiracy head spinning. That is either true, which would mean she's alive, or she's using that as an excuse to not have to talk about what "She" did. There is some seriously fishy stuff going on with this mother. I just don't understand how one day you can be a loving mother and the next- I don't dare say it. I can't bear myself to think that this mother did something horrible to her own flesh and blood. I just don't get it.

*This was also reported on Fox news while I was in Florida! They showed images of the pool and the ladder which is normally placed away from the pool so the child couldn't get in while there wasn't an adult around to supervise! From the images the pool stands alone in the garden and looks to be about 5 maybe 6 feet tall at a guess!

Well Pam after watching the news tonight it looks like the investigators are building a serious case against the mother. It does remind me a little of the Madeleine case. We have a child missing and suspicions on the mother however where in Madeleines case I firmly believe the family is not behind her disappearance I tend to think otherwise regarding little Caylee. They said the cadaver dogs hit on 2 places- one in the Grandma's back yard and also in the mother's car. Now the family is saying that the dogs couldve hit on the sweat of the family from being outside on hot days- Trainers say, Not possible. They are trained to hit on blood, and decomposition, not sweat. They interviewed a trainer of cadaver dogs tonight that said they can sometimes identify people who have been buried over 100 years. They're working on that now. Crazy huh? One thing they also said though was that they have to be very careful with the cadaver dogs as to not alert them to an area. SO they can "coach" the dogs to react. Wasn't there discussion about this with the cadaver dogs with Madeleine?
The big thing here is that this little girl had been missing for over a month and the mother never reported it. Instead she lied to everyone and went out partying a whole lot-they love to show her partying. Also she has not shown any concern for her little girl. Seriously I think she may be in a serious mental state. She had 2 gasoline containers in her car, why? And had borrowed a shovel from the neighbor-again, suspicious/ Plus her car smelled so bad the grandma likened it to a "damm dead body" They showed 2 pictures today of a little girl who the family said might be Caylee and she was spotted and photographed. The pictures need to be analyzed in my opinion. it does kinda look like her. It made me wonder. The police have discounted them, sound familiar huh? If the mom had handled things differently i could withhold my judgement but as of right now, the mom is looking 100% guilty and I hate what that means. They have allegedly substantial dna, cadaver dogs, and pictures of the mom partying after the disappearance of this child-which she never reported remember. Plus lots more they're not telling us.

I just don't know what to think but do think the whole family are odd as it is way more than a month now.I must check exactly how long.Think more like 2 and I am also despairing the US authorities aren't getting closer to this.I thought they would find answers by now.I suppose it all takes so much time.It is frustrating and meanwhile Caylee who just passed her 3rd birthday is still missing. It is bizarre as doesn't sound like it would be a complicated case. Anyway hoping for closure soon.
