Both subjects are missing from Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland. The two listed children are cousins. Regina was last seen wearing: Red, short sleeved tee shirt with gold writing on front, blue jeans, tan Timberland boots, and red cap with white “W” on it, and has Straight, shoulder length, sandy brown hair, and green eyes. Makhi, her infant cousin was last seen wearing: Black leather jacket, olive sweater, blue jeans, and has brown hair in bush style. Subjects may be using dark gray stroller with silver reflectors, has child’s green fatigue backpack with orange straps. Regina frequents the Landover Hills area of Prince George’s County, Maryland, and the Southeast, Washington, D.C. area. They may be traveling by Metro and bus.
