If she was bloodstained surely dogs could have found her. Perhaps she didn't want to be found for whatever reason or the blood could be explained, if you know what I mean. Hopefully she is okay. Strange one!

Police are investigating reports she may have been blood-stained, but officers said on Friday that there may be an innocent explanation for the sighting.

You would think someone would have come forward to say there wasn't a problem! :?

A real puzzle this one.

The blood-stained clothes were sort of 'rejected' in later reports though:

Early reports suggested she may have had blood-stained clothing, but this was later not thought to be the case.
