Missing: Skylar Russell

It is thought she might be in the London area (Surrey)



Surrey Police is growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 13-year-old girl who has been missing since Saturday, June 2.

Despite extensive police enquiries there have been no confirmed sightings of Skylar Russell who was last seen boarding a train to London from Redhill Train Station at around 10.20pm.

Skylar, who is also known as Tia, has connections in the Enfield area. Concerns for her safety are growing as she was not carrying a mobile phone and does not have any money with her.

Skylar is described as 5ft 4’ tall, and of slim build, She has long brown hair and brown eyes. Skylar was last seen wearing a long grey cardigan over a string top, black shorts and yellow ballet shoes.

Anyone with information should call Surrey Police on 0845 125 2222 and ask to speak to the Missing Persons Team at Caterham Police Station.

Age at disappearance: 13

Skylar has been missing from Craven Arms, Shropshire since 29 September 2007. It is thought she is with a friend, Chloe Baker, 15, and that the pair may have travelled to London and could be in the West End, Tottenham, Barkingside, Enfield, or Kingston areas

There is great concern for both girls and they are urged to get in touch with someone. They can call the Runaway Helpline on Freefone 0808 800 7070 for confidential advice and support.

Skylar is 5ft 4in tall of slim build, with brown eyes and long, black hair.
