SAVE BABY SEBASTIAN
On the 25th May 2007, Samantha Jennifer Lowry’s 8-week-old son, Sebastian Pavon Cuellar, was violently kidnapped by his estranged father, Daniel Pavon-Cuellar. Daniel pushed Samantha out of his way and threw Sebastian into his car without a car seat, any milk or spare clothes.
Daniel then embarked on an approximately 30-hour drive from Austin, Texas down to Mexico City.
Since then he has been hiding from the authorities, who as of yet have not succeeded in tracking him down.

Baby Sebastian is back with mum

THE family of kidnapped baby Sebastian Lowry are today celebrating after he was reunited with his mother in Mexico this morning.
Sebastian was snatched by his father Daniel Pavon-Cuellar seven months ago, following the break up of his relationship with the infant's mother Samantha Lowry, who is originally from Bishopstone.
Less than one month ago, the family was preparing for the worst and feared the eight month old baby had been killed.
