Missing Mother and Children Found

During police enquiries into missing persons 37 yr old Tamara Dyson and her 4 yr old twins, Billy Francis and Vixen Francis, just before midnight last night (Tuesday) on the A17 near Newark we can confirm that police officers approached a car at a petrol station and arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of kidnap. They are at Lincoln Police Station where they will be questioned today. The children were found in the car and are safe and well and were taken into police protection. There are no further details at the moment. If there is anything further to add to this statement it will be released by East Division Communications Officer Nerys McGarry later this morning.

Mansfield man arrested over kidnap of Skegness twins‎

THE mother of twins from Skegness who were found near Newark last night following a police search has been arrested along with a 62-year-old man from Mansfield.

Lincolnshire Police found Billy Blu and Vixen Rae Francis, both aged 4, just before midnight in a car at Murco petrol station on the A617.

Their mother Tamara Dyson, 37, and another man were found with them and arrested on suspicion of kidnap. They are now being questioned by detectives at Skegness police station.
