A West Tennessee Endangered Child Alert has been activated for Nathan Waibl and Allison Waibl by the Madison County Sheriff's Department. Nathan Waibl is a 4-year old, White male with blonde hair and green eyes. Nathan is 3' tall and weighs 40 lbs. Nathan was last seen wearing a long sleeve white t-shirt, blue jeans, and grey Nike tennis shoes. Nathan was also wearing a white, hooded sweatshirt. Allison Waibl is a 3-year old White female with blonde hair and green eyes. She is 2'10" tall and weighs 30 lbs. Allison and was last seen wearing a pink and white turtleneck and dark blue jeans with pink flowers on the leg and pockets. Allison was also wearing a pink jacket and brown sandals.

The children were taken by their non-custodial mother, Heather Ray Waibl on February 21, 2009 at approximately 12 noon. Waibl and the children were last seen outside of Jackson, Tennessee.

Court date set for mom of found children

A mother accused of taking her children and not returning them to their father at the court-ordered time, will appear in court at 8 a.m. Thursday.
Heather Heloni' Lynn Waibl, 25, was taken into custody around 8 p.m. Monday after Lexington police found her and her children, Nathan Waibl, 4, and Allison Waibl, 3. The children were unharmed.
At the time of her arrest, her blood alcohol content was .19, according to a news release from the Madison County Sheriff's Department.
Waibl told authorities that she was planning on running away with the kids to California or Florida, the release said.
Visitation with her children was to be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on alternating Saturdays. She was not to take the children outside Madison County, the release said.
An endangered child alert was issued Sunday evening after the children were last seen Saturday.
