Misty Croslin's Cousin Arrested in Tennessee

Another person connected to the family of Haleigh Cummings is in jail facing serious drug charges.

Joe Overstreet, Misty Croslin's cousin, was arrested for allegedly growing pot in his Tennessee home. He was arrested in a weekend SWAT raid in Antioch.

A second man, Justin Hogue, was also arrested along with Overstreet on theft and drug charges.Tennesee police say they were drawn to the house in response to tips about an assault. Investigators saw the car used in the assault at Overstreet's home. That is when they found the marijuana growing in the back yard.Both Overstreet and Croslin have been questioned about Haleigh in the past.
Overstreet was visiting Putnam County the night Haleigh disappeared. His name first surfaced when his grandmother claimed that Overstreet kidnapped Haleigh.
