Circumstances:

Varvara was abducted by her father, Emmanuel Lazaridis. A Kidnapping warrant was issued for the abductor on October 7, 2004. The middle photo is also the abductor. They may be traveling throughout Europe. Varvara has a small birthmark on her lower leg. She may go by the nickname Barbara or Veda. Emmanuel has scars on both of his lower legs. He may go by the alias first name Manny, Manoli, or Manolis.

I have been doing some reading (only because Vavara's poster with updated photo came to my attention while looking for other info tonight!) and it is known where Varvara is living in Greece. Her father got temporary custody when her mother was illl and in hospital! During this time her father removed her from the country to live in his homeland of Greece! He has been cleared of all kidnapping charges but her mother is still fighting to have her daughter returned to the USA. She has been to visit Varvara on a number of occasions! (I had wondered how they had managed to get a photograph of Vavara taken in 2006 which had been included on her missing poster, considering she had been reportedly abducted 4 years previously!)

So We know she is safe and in Greece with her father!
