Giselle Candice Kelly Silva has not been seen since July 31st 2012. She is believed to be with her father, Filipe Da Silva, who has taken her in breach of her Mothers custodial rights and in direct breach of a court order. They were last seen in MouraGolf Village, Villamoura, Algarve, Portugal.​​
