Kaine Horman seeks to have Terri evicted‎

Kaine Horman filed a request on Thursday to have Terri Moulton-Horman forced to move out of and not return to their home in Northwest Portland. The request was filed as an addendum to the restraining order previously filed and granted.

In the petition, Kaine Horman states he believes "it is important for Kiara (their daughter) to be back in the family residence in order to provide her with stability and consistency."

Kaine Horman also said Terri should be removed from the home because "it will be important for Kyron to be back in the family residence once he is located in order to provide him with stability and consistency."

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Kyron Horman's family said the 7-year-old's stepmother failed two polygraph tests and is not cooperating with investigators, leaving them frustrated and angry.

Desiree Young and Kaine Horman took questions from the media Thursday about the missing boy on the same day a restraining order against Kyron's stepmother, Terri Horman, was released to the public.

"I've known her a long time. I know she's lying," Young said. "Terri is still not cooperating. I'm so angry, I don’t have words."

Candlelight vigil tonight for Kyron Horman‎

A candlelight vigil is being held Friday night for Kyron Horman at Skyline School in Portland where the 7-year-old disappeared on June 4.

The Oregonian reports candles will be lit at 8:30 p.m. at what's known as the Wall of Hope — a chain link fence that has turned into a memorial with balloons and notes to the second-grader.

District attorney and sheriff will ask county for more money to search for Kyron Horman

Multnomah County District Attorney Michael Schrunk and Sheriff Dan Staton will ask the county board of commissioners for additional money to help support the ongoing investigation into the June 4 disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman.

The costs to the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office total about $350,000 so far since Kyron was reported missing, Staton said.

The district attorney's office has spent about $50,000 so far on the case, representing about 830 hours of work involving six prosecutors and three investigators.

Terri Horman accused of affair, violating restraining order

The father of missing Portland boy Kyron Horman filed papers Monday to have his estranged wife held in contempt of court, accusing her of violating a restraining order against her. The document also details an alleged sexual affair with one of her husband's high school classmates, and a reported attempt to "abduct" the couple's young daughter Kiara.

Kaine Horman's attorney asked a judge to hold Terri Moulton Horman in contempt of court for showing a then-sealed restraining order to Michael Cook.

The filing alleges that Terri took the restraining order to Cook's home, where she showed him the document and allowed him to take cell phone photos of the document, which included Kaine's new address. The filing also states that a police search of Cook's phone found that Cook had done a Google search to map the new address.

The Oregon stepmother embroiled in an increasingly nasty battle with her missing stepson's family allegedly attempted to "abduct" her own daughter all while carrying on an affair with her estranged husband's high school classmate, according to new court documents.

Terri Horman could face charges for violating an emergency restraining order that keeps her away from her husband, Kaine Horman, and the couple's 20-month-daughter.

According to court documents filed Monday by Kaine Horman in an attempt to have his wife held in contempt for violating the restraining order, Terri Horman tried to "abduct" her 20-month-old daughter from a gym day care June 28, two days after the emergency restraining order was granted, following a revelation from police that she tried to hire the family's landscaper to kill her husband.
