It is thought that she could be currently living somewhere in the South East London, North Kent or Brighton, East Sussex areas. Chelsea is described as medium build, 5'7 tall with light brown shoulder length hair and grey eyes. When she was last seen in 2009 she was wearing a plain black bomber jacket, leopard skin patterned shirt, plain white leggings, gold colour hoop earrings and had a small dark pouch bag with her.
