Three-year-old Deonna Shipman went missing from her mom's home in Liverpool, New York, USA on July 12, 2007. Her 47-year-old father, Jeffery Shipman, picked up his daughter earlier that day on a court appointed visit. He was supposed to bring her back the following morning but he never returned. Jeffery Shipman is 5' 11'' and weighs about 220 pounds. He is an American citizen and speaks with an American accent.

The Onondaga County Sherriffs Office has issued a New York State Missing Child Alert and a federal felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the Jeffery Shipman on July 18, 2007. They are worried that Deonna may be in trouble. Deonna's mother Luba is desperate for any information leading to her safe return.

Shipman's estranged wife, "When the judge didn't grant him custody, Shipman once stated that if he can't have his daughter, no one will."

Jeffrey Shipman may be off his medication and potentially suicidal.

Three-year-old Deonna Shipman went missing from her mom's home in Liverpool, N.Y. on July 12, 2007. Her 46-year-old father, Jeffery Shipman, picked up his daughter earlier that day on a court appointed visit. He was supposed to bring her back the following morning but he never returned.

The Onondaga County Sherriffs Office has issued a New York State Missing Child Alert. They are worred that Deonna may be in trouble and for good reason.

Shipman's estranged wife says he showed signs of this behavior in the past. He suffers from depression and may be off his medication. Her biggest fear is that Shimpman is suicidal.

Shipman's estranged wife, "When the judge didn't grant him custody, Shipman once stated that if he can't have his daughter, no one will."

Deonna may have been taken out of the country.

Deonna has blonde hair, blue eyes, and is about 3' 3''. She was last seen wearing white light-up sandals, purple pants with multi-colored flowers, a purple shirt with strawberries on the front with stripes on the sides. Deonna was also wearing blue stone earrings. She has a noticeable red birthmark on the back of her neck along her hairline.

Jeffery Shipman is 5' 11'' and weighs about 220 pounds. He may be driving a greenish silver Dodge Caravan with New York license plate NY BHG4492.

The FBI is now handling the case and looking into new leads out of the country.

Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a missing three year old from Salina. Deonna Shipman hasn't been seen since Wednesday and investigators say she may be with her father 46 year old Jeffrey Shipman. He doesn't have custody Deonna.

Deonna is three years old. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. she is 3'3'' and weighs about 35 pounds. Deonna is fluent in English and Ukrainian.

Her father is 46 years old. Jeffrey is 5'11'' and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and hair. He may be driving a greenish/silver dodge caravan with New York Plates BHG4492.

Police say Jeffrey is considered armed and may harm himself. If you've seen Deonna or Jeffrey call 911.

Onondaga County Sheriff Kevin Walsh says Jeffrey Shipman's silver 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan has been found at the Rochester Airport. Authorities have reason to believe he may have taken his daughter out of the country.

Shipman disappeared with his 3-year-old daughter Deonna last Thursday. Jeffrey and his X-wife, Lioubov Shipman, divorced shortly after Deonna was born. There has been a custody battle ever since.

Jeffrey Shipman has visitation rights with his daughter every other weekend and on Wednesday's. Jeffrey picked his daughter up from her mother's Liverpool home last Wednesday but never brought her home Thursday. Authorities have been searching for Deonna ever since.

When Shipman did not show up for work at the Syracuse Regional Office of the Department of Transportation last Monday, the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office put out a state wide Missing Child Alert.
