It is believed that Franklin is in the company of his father, Essam Mostafa Nosair, pictured below.
They may have travelled to Egypt.

Authorities looking for missing Candler infant

The child's parents shared custody, but neither were allowed to leave the area with the baby, according to the Buncombe County Sheriff's Department. The baby was with his father during a normal visitation when he allegedly fled with the infant, according to the sheriff's office.
