Authorities say she confessed to digging two holes and to killing Elizabeth five days later because she wanted to know what it felt like.

But police and prosecutors have declined to say why two holes were dug and whether Elizabeth was found in one of them. They also have not elaborated on the "written evidence" that helped lead them to Bustamante.

Slaying suspect said hobby was 'killing people'

A teenage girl accused of killing a 9-year-old neighbor listed her hobbies in a YouTube profile as "killing people" and "cutting."

The Associated Press viewed 15-year-old Alyssa Bustamante's YouTube profile before it was taken down.

Details emerge in slaying of 9-year-old girl

[David Cook] said Bustamante is described in the documents as a troubled, angst-ridden teen, but not extraordinarily so. Her family life was less than ideal. Her father, Ceasar Bustamante, is serving 10 years in the Missouri Eastern Correctional Facility in Pacific for assault. Her mother, Michelle Bustamante, has had personal and legal problems, prompting a court to rule her unfit to care for her children.

Since 2002, Alyssa Bustamante has lived in St. Martins under the guardianship of her maternal grandmother, who also cares for her younger siblings. Cook said the home on Lomo Drive offered a structured environment that featured chores and family vacations to places such as Branson. Her grandparents were tough disciplinarians who didn't hesitate to take away privileges.

Alyssa Bustamante - Jackass Pool Stunt

This is a video previously uploaded by Alyssa Bustamante, a 15 year old girl accused of murdering 9 year old Elizabeth Olten, of rural Cole County Missouri, on October 21, 2009. Alyssa is not shown in the video. Apparently she was holding the camera. The video was taken at the pool at her grandparent's house, where she lived.

Alyssa's youtube account was under the name OkamiKage, and has been suspended.
