July 7, 12:35 AM

Unfortunatly forces beyound my control kept me out of todays hearing, sources have told me that the vibe in the room this morning was once again full of excitement and anticipation, which is little supprise to me. D.C. Council Member Phil Mendelson, sponsor of the Act was in full form today to hear from those in the field, as well as DC residents, had to say about the Act.
