Police are searching for a missing three-year-old Melbourne girl.

Yasmine Baan was last seen about 5pm (AEST) on Sunday at the Eureka Towers carpark, City Road, central Melbourne.

She was with a relative who then reported her missing.

Yasmine is described as having blonde hair, solid build and was wearing blue jeans, a beige top and a black jacket.

Anyone with any information should contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or at www.crimestoppers.com.au.

New hope for missing toddler

POLICE believe they know the whereabouts of a three-year-old girl reported missing in Southbank yesterday.

Police have not yet attended the address they believe the girl is located, and they are still officially treating the case as that of a missing person.

Yasmine Baan, from Oakleigh, was reported missing by her father about 5pm yesterday at the Eureka Towers carpark, City Rd.

Police searched the Southbank area but have found no trace of the girl.

But police are now investigating whether she is with another relative after receiving a tip-off.
