Jaden, Jasmine & Sierra are siblings. They are missing since 28 March 2008. They are believed to be in the company of Laura Vivas aged 48 & Javier Hernandez aged 32.

They may have travelled to Mexico in a red 1997 Ford F150 pickup truck with an extended cab and Indiana license plates 758500L. The vehicle may be pulling a 1995 cargo trailer with Indiana license plates 690579. Javier has a tattoo of a guitar and an eagle on his left wrist, a tattoo of a devil on his left arm, a tattoo of a guitar with wings on his left arm, and a tattoo on his right hand.

It is believed that all three children are in the company of Laura Vivas and Javier Hernandez, pictured below.

Why does society not notice things? 3 children not found yet?? It is madness really. Where is the sense of urgency?

These 3 Children are still listed as Missing!!

Search Continues For Missing Kids, Temporary Guardians

Children Missing For Several Days

FRANKLIN, Ind. -- A search continues for three missing children last seen with their temporary guardians several days ago.

The children, ages 7, 3 and 16 months, were in the custody of Javier Hernandez and Laura Vivas.

Police said Hernandez and Vivas failed to appear in court for a hearing earlier this week. They were believed to have fled with the children.

Mother, Grandmother Plea For Return Of Missing Children

Johnson County authorities said they think the children could be in Mexico, with the paternal grandmother of the two youngest children, Laura Vivas, and her boyfriend, Javier Hernandez.

"There was a phone call or a voicemail left on one of the daughter's phones that she was in Mexico, the kids were fine and that they wouldn't be returning," Cummins said.

There are no updates on these children.

It would appear that the children were the subject of a custody hearing as the biological father had recently been released from prison. The couple who fled with the children were the biological grandmother and her boyfriend who had custody at the time. I am, therefore, moving this to the 'family abductions' section.

There is no evidence that they WERE taken to Mexico. However, if they were, it is said that there is very little cooperation between the US and Mexican governments.
